The new construction site in the Ürömhegy section of Óbuda is the result of redevelopment by joining four nearly identical plots accessible through a private road off Tarhos Street.
On each of the three plots close to Tarhos Street two single residences will be built with identical layouts and structure. The goal was to create multipliable buildings with pitched roofs and well-funtioning layouts. On the sloping site the three identical buildings placed above each other present a unified appearance.
Extensive green areas will cover the carports.
The buildings have no basements, the ground levels are built by partly sinking them into the ground and partly by filling the land.
