The property is located near the Alcsútdoboz Botanical Garden. Due to its location, the building is open on three sides.
The roof structure was made of sheet-metal casing, sloping towards the neighboring building. Its wall system is multi-layered, exposed brick. The overhangs above the doors and windows were made of laminated wooden beams.
Construction work was done by the client’s company.
