The plot is located on the “Öreg hegy” in Balatonalmádi.
The living room is on the upper level of the two-story building, which is where you enter, and it has a wide, rooftop terrace overlooking Lake Balaton. We can access the car park directly from the street.
The bedrooms are downstairs and have direct access to the garden terrace. The gently gabled roof and the white external wall finish emulate the modern style of the villas in nearby Káptalanfüred, built in the 1930s and 40s.
Instead of using the locally produced red sandstone, we intended to give a lighter feel to the massive building by using a clean, smooth façade. The car park is a steel structure whose floor is covered with industrial walking grid.
