The new construction site in the Ürömhegy section of Óbuda was the result of redevelopment by joining four nearly identical plots accessible through a private road off Tarhos Street.
On each plot two single residences will be built. Due to the steep slope of the site, we used split levels with the living rooms facing the downslope side and the carports facing upslope.
The goal was to create multipliable buildings with pitched roofs and well-funtioning layouts. On the sloping site the three identical buildings placed above each other present a unified appearance.
The buildings have traditional pitched roofs, the spacious balconies on the downslope side face Csúcshegy.
